While I agree with everybody else that the crew (Marta and Ruben) was amazing and the food was delicious + you can't beat an open bar, our trip was somewhat of a disaster. Not saying it was the crew's fault at all. I just feel I have to put information out that nobody else has yet. I've done some snorkeling trips, and this trip is not outstanding or in any way special. You sail along a coast of naked rock. That's what the Canaries have to offer for the most part anyway. The private beach was not sandy as I had expected but once again rock. We got to see the "medieval village" from a distance. Ruben explained the inhabitants' way of living, and he also pointed out a remote cave where a guy has been living for 5 yrs in solitude. When we finally arrived at our snorkeling spot, we were told what kind of fish to expect. Ruben also said not to worry about jelly fish or sharks. Nature proved him wrong. The water was full of jelly fish (glad is wasn't sharks), and my son (12) cried our in pain. Eventually more ppl got stung and we had to cancel the snorkeling. While I don't blame the crew for nature's mood, I do blame them for not having any clue how to deal with their passengers' pain. They didn't even have a back-up plan in place. We... We paid for a snorkeling trip, which we didn't get. Bottom line.
To all the remaining smokers out there...smoking is not allowed aboard!!
Then again, Marta and Ruben are great. Ruben took a lot of pictures, which he posted online for us to download for free. More

Best boat trip in Gran Canaria. If your looking to see the beautiful coast line, private beaches and see the array of fish the ocean has to offer this is the place to be. The staff are wonderful, very attentive, happy to have a conversation and cater to your every need. The reason this boat trip is so much better than any other is due to the fact you get your picture taken while on the boat so you can see your memories after without the worry of loosing your phone. You can eat and drink as much as you like at lunch the bowls would be refilled as soon as they were empty this was lovely and made you feel every comfortable on board. If we ever visit Gran Canaria again I would revisit yellow boat tours. Just amazing!!! More

The captain (Marta) and guide/bartender (Rubén) was very friendly and fun! Good food, nice photos (taken by the guide and then sent to us), good instructions for the snorkelling and good time and money spent. Interesting to hear about the nature and nice that the guide took time to talk to everybody participating in the trip. Also the guide was very helpful regarding the snorkelling and adjusted the activity depending on experience. The sangria was very tasty! I would recommend some medication for sea sickness because of the waves if you easily get sea sick. Anyway I would do it again! It was one of the best experiences of our vacation! More
