Once back at the harbor with the boat docked, the gastronomic experience begins. Savor a selection of regional local products: artisanal cheeses, freshly baked bread, extra virgin olive oils, and seasonal fruits, among others. LET’S START OUR TRIP

We will start our trip from Puerto de Mogan exploring the South West coast of Gran Canaria onboard of our lovely Yellow Boat. Once you get on board one of our cozy tables will be assigned to you and your companion/s , all our tables are shared, for all the experience. Once we have left the harvour we’ll navigate 1h across the coast showing you the best of the best of our landscape.

WHAT COME NEXT

Once we have docked at the port and while we’re enjoying this unique and unparalleled port, highlighting its crystal-clear waters, its Andalusian character and its small canals, we will enjoy a wine and local food tasting aboard our Yellow Boat.

The pairing we offer stands out for the combination of wines and dishes that highlight the best of local products and the unique flavors of the region.

FIRST PART – APPETIZER

We start with three simple but tasty appetizers: bread with oil and salt, seasoned tomato, and bread with “Chorizo de Teror” with honey. We have chosen a rosé wine to accompany them, since its freshness and light acidity highlight the flavors of the oil and tomato, while it perfectly balances the intensity of the chorizo and the sweet touch of honey.

SECOND PART – CHEESE

For the cheeses, which include a mix of goat and cow, one with paprika rind, one smoked cheese and one highly aged, White Wine aged on lees and wood is ideal. Its body and complexity complement the diversity of textures and flavors, providing freshness to the softest cheeses and balance to the most intense ones, such as smoked and cured cheeses.

THIRD PART – DESSERTS

Finally, local fruit salad and yogurt with mango jam are harmonized with a semi-sweet White Listan white wine and muscat. The natural sweetness of the wine highlights the fresh flavors of the fruit and the tropical touch of the mango, creating a refreshing and harmonious finish.
